1. Service Estimates and Authorizations

By scheduling a service or leaving your vehicle at our facility, you authorize Madison Service Center LLC to perform the requested repairs and/or maintenance. We provide estimates for parts and labor. However, if additional repairs are discovered during the service, we will seek your verbal or written authorization before proceeding with further work.

2. Parts and Warranty

All parts used are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. Madison Service Center LLC warrants its labor for a specific period (please inquire for details based on the specific repair). We are not responsible for parts provided by the customer. Warranty claims must be presented with the original invoice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of services and prior to the release of the vehicle. We accept cash and major credit cards. We reserve the right to exercise a mechanic’s lien on any vehicle for which service charges remain unpaid, as permitted under Connecticut state law.

4. Storage Fees

Vehicles must be picked up within 48 hours of notification that repairs are complete. Madison Service Center LLC reserves the right to charge a daily storage fee for vehicles left beyond this period unless prior arrangements have been made.

5. Limitation of Liability

Madison Service Center LLC is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond our control. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from any repair or service.

6. External Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Madison Service Center LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
