I appreciate the honesty, the devotion to car and customer, and above-all, the dependability. In other words, the owner(s) and mechanics treat me quite fairly, and I know that their word and work are reliable. I trust them. On the negative side, due to the fact that this garage is the only "general" shop in town (the two other currently specialize in European vehicles), the time it takes for repairs is quite long.
